You could have diabetes. Don't ask people of Yahoo! this question. It may be serious. Go to a doctor, and get medical help.

That's sort of strange. I would assume those were symptoms of a low blood sugar but if you just drank juice than I don't know. Sometimes with people with hypoglycemia they get low blood sugars after they have a lot of sugar because their body overcompensates with the insulin.

Is it only with these two kinds of juice or does it happen with others too? You may have an allergy to those foods and you are having a bad reaction that passes pretty quickly. If you don't have the reaction to regular oranges or grapes it is because you can slip a little bit past your body without it being a big problem. Drinking a glass of grape juice is like eating a couple of fistfulls of grapes at one time.

I suppose it depends what your blood sugars are before you drink the juice. Its not likely to be a reduction in blood sugars as these two juices would raise it. Equally, they wouldn't raise it that quickly in a non diabetic, certainly not quickly enough to make you need to lie down.

I would agree with the person that suggested this might be an allergy or a sensitivity. Simple answer- stop drinking orange or grape juice.

I was an advocate for a friend who had autism, and when he drank orange juice his mother told me he went completely out of control.

So we had to take care that new staff members would not give it to him by mistake.

But although a dietitian was called in no solution was found as to why this was.

Best you avoid drinking things that make you unwell, cannot be good for you.

If you eat lots of sugary stuff this should not be any problem. But if you dont maybe your sugar levels are low when you drink. this makes you feel weak, shaky and sometimes dizzy. if this is he case eat more chocolate :-D

It is a fluctuation in your sugar, it sounds like you may suffer from low blood sugar. Be sure and mention it to your doctor next time you go to see him or her.
