There are currently 51 codes which address practices in institutions. This is part of Statute 467 of the Business Practice and Modicums Code. with regard to Environment there are currently 473 titles which address environmental concerns within the guidelines of the Business Codes. The Law is enough.The implementation is very poor and there's no determined effort by any of our agencies who are supposed to take care of these.
We are basically most corrupt in efficient lot.
