YOu should really research the health benefits of being vegan. Most people feel tired after consuming meat products, because of all the processed crap in them. In contrast, most people feel a remarkable increase in energy when they go vegan. Meat does have protein, but so do the veggie burgers and other foods vegans eat.

I'm only angry that people continue to eat dead animals and become obese, diabetic, and develop heart disease because of it. I wish I could help them.

Actually no.
Because meet is so difficult for our bodies to digest, most energy is directed at just trying to get it through out long digestive track which can lead to depression and tiredness.

And milk is not only the place where you get protein.
Protein is commonly found in grains and beans which all people should be eating anyways.
So i'm not sure where you're getting your information, but eating a healthy well balanced diet without animal products actually prevents fatigue and anger issues.

wait, what?!? you mean like cow's milk that was meant to be ingested by baby cows? or like human breast milk that is meant to actually be given to human babies longer than a year? As for meat giving energy? Hmmmm, nope never heard of that since turkey is known to make you sleepy and everything else makes you want to rest in front of the T.V. until it digests more. Do I have anger?? Not typically, but like the average person when someone makes me angry! And weakness.... for being up at all hours in the night to provide my over 1 year old with the proper milk that was meant for him (obviously this would be my breast milk) and then having to take care of him and his big sister throughout the day and not getting a nap for myself, yes I am relatively exhausted, but never weak! And usually a salad takes care of any fatigue I might have!

As many of us have said until we're getting freaking carpal tunnel, it's almost impossible NOT to get enough protein unless you're starving yourself or you're only eating junk food.

And what gives you energy is c-a-l-o-r-i-e-s. Not meat, not dairy, not eggs. Calories. Food. Fruit and veg. Grains. Beans. Nuts.

I only get angry when people act like idiots.

And I don't feel weak at all.
