I'm sorry to hear about your aunt. Hasn't she told
her doctor about these symptoms?? If not, she needs to right away. Possibly, medications that were prescribed to her after the heart attack may be causing these problems. Please have her seek help with her doctor or cardiologist.

If she is having chest pain, she needs to talk with her doctor immediately. If she was prescribed nitroglycerin tablets to put under her tongue, she needs to use them as directed. If she was started on blood pressure medication after her heart attack, sometimes the dosage needs to be adjusted so that her blood pressure is not so low. You do not say what her blood pressure is running but anything below 90 on the top number is considered low. By worrying so much about not waking up, she is actually stressing her heart which is still trying to heal from her last heart attack. She needs to do something to stop this - learn some relaxation techniques, do some mild exercise and stop worrying. She needs to report these symptoms to her heart doctor. There is always someone on call that she can talk with, even on weekends.

If it was confirmed that she had a heart attack last month, and if she is having the same symptoms, then she should seek medical attention.
