has anyone ever had rattlesnake, scorpion, or gator as a dish somewhere? if so how was it?

I've had rattlesnake and gator.Rattlesnake tastes sort of like chicken but sweeter and the same for gator.

I had rattlesnake and I liked it. It reminded me of chicken somehow, but that's just me.
I had gator too, and it is GROSS! It's like...I cant really describe it but I know I did NOT like it.

Gator meat is now "Farmed".It sells for around $8-$9.00 a pound.It is very lean, a little on the tough side, and is rather bland.
Put alligator meat in your search box, it will come up.

I've tasted rattlesnake. I liked it. Kinda tasted like chicken, but a little different.

I've had rattlesnake jerky. IT just tasted pretty much the same as beef jerky.

Rattlesnake. It was dried like jerky. It was very good.

I hade Alligator in the Florida Keys it was awesome it was made with a white wine garlic and butter sauce. So good. Consistency was like chewy chicken
