If you have asthma your doctor should re-evaluate your controller medication if you are taking it consistently. If not it is imperative that you take the controller medication every day exactly as prescribed. Your doctor may also recommend using your short acting medication (probably an albuterol inhaler) 30 minutes before you engage in physical activity. Either way I would go see your doctor soon so you can get this resolved.

Go see your doctor and ask him/her what you should do. You could probably start some type of walking or working out that would increase your stamina, but since you have asthma, you want a licensed professional's opinion! Don't hurt yourself. Good luck...

Keep doing the work. Take your meds. Get a doctor to adjust your meds so you don't have as much asthma.
