You probably have a bladder or kidney infection. Go see your doctor. Have you been told you have an STD or are you just assuming? My guess is it's something that antibiotics would clear up in no time. Been there with the bladder/kidney issue many times. Good Luck!

Probably chlamydia, gonorrhea, or just a plain old urinary tract infection, which isn't sexually transmitted per se (it's caused by your own normal colonic bacteria that make their way into the urethra), but you're more likely to get one if you're sexually active. Either way, your doctor will do a urine test and give you antibiotics if it's any of those.
And to ziggy: an std IS an infection!

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are passed from person to person during sexual activity. STDs such as chlamydia and gonorrhea are caused by bacteria. Single-celled organisms called parasites cause trichomoniasis. Genital herpes and human papillomavirus (HPV) are caused by viruses. The HIV virus, responsible for causing AIDs, is one of the deadliest STDs.
