You probably have a bladder or kidney infection. Go see your doctor. Have you been told you have an STD or are you just assuming? My guess is it's something that antibiotics would clear up in no time. Been there with the bladder/kidney issue many times. Good Luck!

Probably chlamydia, gonorrhea, or just a plain old urinary tract infection, which isn't sexually transmitted per se (it's caused by your own normal colonic bacteria that make their way into the urethra), but you're more likely to get one if you're sexually active.
