Some smokers quit when they've decided that they don't want to smoke or get health concerns. There are others who quit when they die. So yes, they all stop sooner or later.

Yes. I suppose the anti-smoking ads do have effect on everybody sooner or later. Much later.

Yes, but unfortunately only if the Doctor tells them to in order for them to be able to breath.

Yes.....eventually people will die of lung cancer and so they will then quit.
