I would have to say foie gras ( the liver of a duck or a goose that has been specially fattened by gavage). The thought of it repulses me, them force feeding these animals for a fattier liver. And the taste is not that miraculous.

I must say that I like most foods. I can't single out any ethnic cuisine I don't like. However, I really can't handle any gristle in beef or like products so I really don't eat stews unless I make them myself. Can't handle the skin of any poultry either (OK I know lot's of people love it) but you can see that and remove it.
A specific food I don't like, Hmmm let's see OK - tripe.

I don’t like any kind of organ meat- I’ve tried liver- fried and pate, and giblet gravy. Sorry- I can’t get it down. And I would never even try hearts, tongue, brains, feet.

I happen to like Indian food.
But I don't like tomatos! Ughh! And I'm a vegetarian so I don't like meat either.

I really don't like Indian cuisine. I have many friends from India, and who are of Indian decent, but the smell of a curry makes me ill. I just can't stomach it. I like other Asian foods however such as Chinese and Japanese.
