I brought meatballs in barbeque sauce ( the frozen kirkland kind of meatballs) , and it was a big hit. It was eaten so soon, I wasn't able to eat any! It's a good easy-food that can be eaten with a toothpick. Just pop the meatballs and some barbeque sauce in a crock pot for a bit and serve. Yum!

Here are some of my favorite things to bring to a holiday potluck:
1. Lasagne: your recipe or Stoffers
2. Rice A Roni Salad: 2 boxes chicken rice a roni, 1 cup chopped martini olives, 1 cup diced celery, 1/2 yellow onion, diced, 1 T curry powder, 1 cup mayonaise, 1 cup chopped smythfield ham (opt.).
3. Bundt cake: Add ripe bananas to your favorite yellow cake mix. Sprinkle with candied walnuts and top with a cream cheese glaze when cooled.
4. Chicken enchilada casserole: a great use of cream of mushroom soup, rotisserie chicken, corn tortillas, green chili's and cheese!
5. Cheese platter with artisan crackers and grapes to garnish
6. Salami rollups: thin slices of genoa salami, smeared with cream cheese and wrapped around a cornichon. Secure with toothpick.
7. Spinach dip in bread bowl (I love the recipe on the back of the Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix) Add 1 T wasabi powder or horseradish for a kick.
8. Hot Artichoke and Crab Dip: 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped; 1 can diced green chili; 1 cup crab meat; 1 T fresh lemon juice; 1 T hot sauce; 1 cup mayonaise; 2 cups parmesan cheese. Mix and bake until golden brown and bubbling. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.

My husband just had a thing at work and he made Swedish Meatballs. He just bought a big bag of meatballs from Sam's and used the recipe on the package. This is the second year he's made it for his work and he always comes home with an empty dish. My sister now makes them too.

I found this recipe at www.kraftfoods.com and made it for a holiday get together - they were a big hit!
Easy Oreo Truffles
1 pkg. (1 lb. 2 oz.) OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
MIX 3 cups of the cookie crumbs and the cream cheese until well blended. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls. DIP balls in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. (Any leftover melted chocolate can be stored in tightly covered container at room temperature and saved for another use.) Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store any leftover truffles in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Spring rolls are yummy - the vegetarian ones are good because they're tasty, and every dietary choice can basically eat them. You can make your own by buying the skins in the produce section of the store, mixing veggies, wrapping them up and deep frying, but honestly, it's much easier to buy them premade, and often cheaper.
Homemade Macaroni Cheese - Who doesn't like macaroni and cheese? Mmmm.
Crackers or cut veggies with hummus.
