im a vegan and i was wondering if anyone knew about any really good vegan food that is easy to make like microwavable fake meats and such

Boca Burgers, I eat them all the time.
Garden Burgers are good too.

Health is weath makes awesome chicken nuggets. Gardenburger makes an amazing BBQ ribblet
The bologna by ives (i think that is the title) is great on a sandwich with mayo and mustard.
The soy sausages in the tube (i forget the brand) is awesome browned up with some potatoes and spinach.
Morning star vegan grillers are the best fake burger I've ever had!
Just read the lables, a lot of fake meats still have eggs or egg whites in them and they are not vegan.

I like boca burgers and garden burgers. Also anything from "Amy's Kitchen" or "Morningstar Farms" Dr. Praeger's and Kashi also make some lunch type meals that are very good and some that are vegan.

Depends on what you're looking for. Be more specific.
There's Boca, Quorn (ovo), Morningstar Farms, Gardenburger, Yves, Lightlife, Tofurky....
There's about 15 different kinds of veggie dogs, even more veggie burgers, veggie boneless riblets, sandwich deli slices, veggie chicken patties, veggie steak & chicken strips, meals, fake bacon & sausages, brats, TVP, stew chunks... and so on.

I eat Soy burgers and chicken all the time. THe best brand is Boca and none of it is over $4! I would starve is it wasn't for Boca. haha

There are tons of analogues out there, and whether or not it's good depends on your taste. There are veggie burgers from various companies, veggie deli slices, veggie dogs, veggie crumbles--and so on.
I make my own seitan, which is a good sub in any meaty recipe.
