I've tried chitterlings a couple times. Too stinky for me.
The only pork intestines I like is where they're converted to sausage casings.

Hog maw is pretty good.

Yes, they are delicious. In france they stuff them in a sausage and grill and serve them with a dijon mustard sauce. Wonderful. Andouille.....If you can't take the smell that micht definitely throw you off, but I grew up with them and love them.

You gotta know who's cooking them and how clean they are.

I love the way the Chinese cook them - very tasty braised, in soup even stir-fry with veggie... mmm... which reminds me: one time they stuffed it with combination of minced pork and shrimps then deep fried and cut into like cocktail sausages - amazingly crispy on the outside, wonderfully tasty on the inside - man those guys are creative!!

I have tried them but I didn't like them. But I do eat menudo which has tripe yummy!!

CONSIDERING THE TIME INVOLVED W/ ALL THE SCRAPPING + BOILING , I WON'T MAKE THEM , I HAVE TRIED THEM 2X ONLY 1 WAS WORTH EATING , THE OTHER WAS NOT
