o.k well im having a winter luau (its basically a hawiian luau) and well i need a party store in the state of Rhode Island . plz can you help me this is really important o and how do u make the grass hula skirts??

no clue how to make them. i would just order from oriental trading company. they are online and sell luau items 24/7/365
