If it hurts to pee and burns alot, and you're passing small amounts of wee with little white flecks and feeling the urge to go to the toilet alot, you could very well have a urinary tract infection.
Drink alot of water to flush the bacteria out of your kidneys, ureters and bladder. Drink also cranberry juice or take capsules and if you develop fever or condition becomes even worse, make appointment to see doctor for anti-biotics.
Otherwise if the white stuff is actually coming from vagina and the whole area burns, it sounds like a bad case of thrush.
Cold natural yogurt on a tampon inserted into vagina and yogurt placed gently on red areas will help with this until you are able to get some cream or a pessarie from chemist to treat the thrush.

It's just a yeast infection. Go to the doctor and get it treated before it gets up into your cervix, uterus, and ovaries and causes Pelvic Inflammatory Disease which HURTS LIKE HELL and can make you infertile.
Yeast infections are easy to cure, but go to the doctor right away, and be sure you follow all the directions completely that your doctor gives you for the medicine. Don't stop taking it before the medicine is gone, even if you feel better and don't see any more symptoms.

if u are burning...u may have a tear on ur labia from rough sex or u may have a severe yeast infection. Now...about the "white things", never ever heard of such...it's definitely time to see a OBGYN. If u are embarrased to see ur normal OBGYN, make an appointment with another one in your insurance network...just make sure that when u make the appointment, u ask if they take XXXXX, (whatever insurance u have).

Sounds like a yeast infection . Go by some Monistat yeast medicine at Walgreens. About $20.00. But, the infection will be cleared with it. Much cheaper than a doctor visit.

Sounds disturbing. Have you had any ho business going on? That could be a cause. A ho must learn to protect herself if she must be a ho. Condoms, birth control, etc...you should know the drill. Wrap it up or pack it up.
