It sounds very much like you are having eather runs of SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia) or V-tach (Ventricular Tachycardia). How old are you? Do you have any other medical problems? Have you been screened for Wolfe-Parkinson-White, or Levine-Long. Both are heart conditions which cause spells of SVT. You could also have a thyroid or other endocrine problem. But honestly if your doctors can not figure it out I don't think anyone online is going to be able to help your from a paragraph you write.. lol sorry ;-)

I propose first attempt to loosen up respiration with your abdomen and expelling the air in only one sturdy and rapid huu!. attempt some organic relaxing extracts like the single from valerian (10 to twenty drops in a million/2 cup water) root or the passiflora extract. they're good to loosen up. additionally attempt to place your ft in very chilly water in basic terms for few seconds so the middle will sense a message to heat the ft, it enables. in case you keep moving into that way, and if the palpitations are no longer so severe, probable they'll pass away. or you may pass to a distinctive wellness facility because of the fact is arduous and your ideas isn't having sufficient oxygen, and which would be a real situation. save the rigidity off your ideas! there's a answer, have you ever been reported of the electrophysiologic examine? they'd discover the place the undertaking is and in an hour technique (cateterism) they'd stop that usually. I had one 5 years in the past and that's long gone. good success!

Hi dani,

I have suffered with palpitations for about 6 years now, and they started out of the blue, like you, i was worried it could have been a heart problem and i had various tests done which in turn came back normal. My doctor said palpitations are common and are usually related too, stress, caffeine, sugary foods, hormone imbalance. I have PCOS which is a hormonal imbalance, but, i decided to cut out caffeine and foods high in sugar and i noticed a big difference, also i started a fitness regime which not only helped me get fit, it took my mind off the palpitations too!! I hardly suffer with them now, but i do get them if I'm worried about something or under a bit of stress, but they soon go after a couple of days! I do take a supplement as well by Seven Seas, called Hormonal Balance, which i find beneficial. I hope this is of some help to you!! Good Luck!!

You really ought not seek unqualified opinions on here, for your own sake. However, what you describe did sound very like panic attacks to me, though that seems to have been ruled out, and you should be glad the cardiologist has ruled out serious problems there. I'd just wait.

You might have a "Wolfe Parkinson White Syndrome". This causes passing out and palpitations. I once told my Doctor that after I ate lunch I felt dizzy (not passed out) and she had me go to EKG test and that's what she found out. She then referred me to a cardiologist and had me put a device attached to my chest for 24hrs to evaluate my hearts beating and thanked God she said that I am doing fine for now. She said to come back if I suffer palpitations often.

Try cutting out caffeine and asking your doctor for a beta blocker called Propranolol.

You're probably suffering from acute anxiety which can be controlled.
