When I try to take deep breath mostly I am unable to fill my lungs.Drs are confusing.I am very frustated with this.Can please give me any forom lilnk or suggestion about this?I have this for past 4 months.

Don't be frustrated. You say that Doctors are confusing you, it means they do not find anything abnormal in your body. I do not think that deep breathing all the time is a normal practice, people specially do it while doing Yoga, otherwise people breath normally. I feel you have become preoccupied with your "deep breathing" problem, more giving attention, the problem will grow more. This is an un-invited guest whom you are entertaining, and its natural the enjoying guest is not leaving you. Go on doing your duty/job, it will leave you with the start of deep breathing without any effort and even without your knowledge.

The general problem you are describing is called dyspnea, and it can be caused by all sorts of things. Its not a good idea to let dyspnea go untreated.

I have the same problem and was just diagnosed with Pulmonary Obstructive Disease. You need to see a Pulmonologist.

Either you have gastric problem or bronchitis. Consult a homoeopath.
