Genital warts comes from HPV. Even if you get rid of the warts, you still have hpv and that is incurable.

To get rid of the warts (and even then there's a good chance they'll come back) they can be frozen off, lasered off, and there's a host of medications, but it still doesn't cure the HPV.

Not yet, but with the advancement of modern technology + stem cell research who knows! I mean, look at me: I figure with my high paying salary, and the advancements in modern technology, I could live to be 250, maybe 300 years old.
