We had a fifties party once. We did one of those murder mystery games by Bepuzzled http://www.ugames.com/
It was a lot of fun! Each one of us dressed as a different 50's type character. I wore a strait, navy skirt with a white 3/4 length sleeve jacket, pumps and purse from a relative's wedding (wasn't that sweet?), my hair up with curled bangs, red lipstick. One girl was a beauty pageant queen, one a teeny bopper in a poodle skirt and saddle shoes, another wore a sleeveless, tie-front shirt and clam-diggers. There was a Fonzie guy and a D.J. We had Coke in the little glass bottles in a cooler full of ice, and grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. The host decorated with I Love Lucie collectibles. One fun thing that happened was there was a fifties car show going on at the local Hardee's that we went to afterwards!

Use black construction paper and cut out circles that look like old records and then right names of bands from that era.
