I think PBS has a show called "Delicious TV (Totally Vegetarian)" but I haven't had many opportunities to watch it.

I am an avid Food Network fan, even though I'm vegetarian. I'm usually able to substitute something else in my mind as they cook the meat, unless it's a disgusting slab of something they're chopping apart. But I have noticed some shows are much better than others for vegetarian recipes:

Everyday Italian is good
Healthy Appetite usually has some veggie things
Barefoot Contessa usually cooks quite a few veg things amongst all the butter
Surreal Gourmet is fun to watch.

The only things about these shows is that they don't really make vegetarian things, just things with no meat. They hardly ever use legumes and I don't think I've ever seen tofu used.

And that's why I usually make my own cooking shows in my own kitchen, lol

There is one that was on today on a local Chicago station (I have satellite and live close enough to pick up Chicago channels), channel 56 - it's called "Totally Vegetarian", today's episode was about eggless egg salad, some kind of fried tempeh dish and something made out of Quorn ( I haven't seen it yet, I recorded it on my DVR for later).

There is an online vegan cooking show called "The Post-Punk Kitchen", http://www.theppk.com/shows/ It's great, the girl's got a great sense of humor and she can make some really, really, really good stuff...

EDIT: The guy who posted above me - very depressing footage but that's not a cooking show... I hope... Not the most heart-warming opening for a show if it was...
