I got crabs in my privates from a camping trip when I sleep on the ground. I shaved my hairys & have no hair. But these little boogers are still stuck on me. I pick them off & they come back. My cousin says to use diesel fuel to rid them away, but Im afraid it will burn my privates away then i wont be able to make babies. I just need some help here people not jokes. PLEASE

Go to the drug store and get the kit for this, it's the only way. What your doing is getting rid of the adults but, the nits are blooming faster then you can get rid of them.
After your final bath, after treatment, toss all your wash in the machine and hot water, do not leave them on the other wash, you'll just spread the bugs around. Do not come in contact with anyone or anything, your spreading them, that's another reason why you can't get rid of them. That's probably how you got them.

You need some medication to get rid of them. Shaving will not make them go away. Diesel fuel can give you burns - then you'll have double pain/discomfort.

Not pulling your leg or making jokes, go to the drug store and get some "blue oinment", this stuff is what they use against these crabs, or sometimes called "pants rabbits", cause they jump all over the place.

You can go to the drug store or Walmart and get medicated shampoo to get rid of them. It is for pubic lice. Make sure you wash your whole body with it. Even your hair.

u need to go to the docter. sorry u have crabs but u need meds.! thats the only thing that wold help.
