Something for the Vegetarians to think about!
Did you know Humans are the only animal on the Planet that drinks milk as an ADULT? It's totally unnecessary to the diet!
Dogs Cats or any other animal only drinks it because humans give them it!
It's produced by forcing the cow etc to have young, which is then taken away and the cow is artificially milked for human use!
I'm lactose intolerant and don't have any milk products at all.
I tried several of the artificial milks but don't like any as a drink, though Rice milk is OK on cereal!

Alpro unsweetened Soya Milk is the best in Tea and on cereal etc. Oat cream is amazing though - tried it at the Bristol Vegan Fair last year - stunning!

My favorite is almond milk. I will also drink rice milk.

I like soy milk in shakes and dessert recipes like cookies, cakes, etc., but I prefer rice milk with cereal.

I don't drink any type of milk (I just don't like it), but 8th Continent Fat Free Vanilla Soymilk is great is cereal.
