I cried out, & that which is all answered. I can not tell you from where it came or even give you a name or a label, somethings are beyond my current event horizon. I do know it is within me & surrounds me, & ultimately when I truly remember myself entirely there will be no more percieved separation of me & it. How I came to know of it was to want nothing else, & there have been too many experiences to recant here. I can never prove it to you, nor would I even attempt to try, I can only tell you it feels like home.
Blessings

What an interesting question!!. I wonder why you put it here in R&S. Are you implying some sort of deity or GOD? Anyway, I can only speak for myself.
Does Universal purpose exist? From an astronomical perspective it seems random. An accident or some freakish phenomena. As far as the latest cosmological theory, we think our Universe comes from the 11th dimension where membranes of energy interact with each other. SO TO ANSWER purely from that perspective NO. It seems too random.
Next part of your Q, "why do you persist with negative thoughts.." From my observation of the 'human condition' we are both negative and positive at the same time. At any moment we can manifest either one.
BUT having said ALL that, if something exists, it does have a purpose. What THAT is I do not know. I guess I am trying to find out what it is. So that I can fulfill that purpose.
Thanks for the Q

I know nothing; I wouldn't presume to answer such questions that would have me donning a mantle that is too big for me. Purpose has a plan; I think that this may be a human simplification, but then again, I don't presume to be able to climb out of such a large box. It is Man's tendency to attribute universal characteristics to humanly understandable ones, analogues of how our brains understand the universe. I suspect that time is an illusion, that "plans" and "purpose" are also illusions, and that everything exists together. That won't keep me from going outside in a few minutes to make sure my dogs get the food and exercise they need; it is and always will be so, even after I and the dogs are long dead.
Your last sentence calls for "only the truth." There is nothing that I can say that is not truth, for it is all brought into existence by my typing it here. The paradox is that it already existed and my fingers already typed it. Real Tralfamadorian, ain't it?

Einstein said ''God does not play dice'' when quantum theory of unpredictable behaviour came into exsistence .Now you are asking the same question that is,is there a purpose a order in the universe? The universe is always in perfect harmony .It is the mind that perverts the way we look at it.We are given a free will either to become negative or positive both things are mutually coexsistent. If something is seen as negative some other person may see it as positive. So they are dependent on one another.
I say the perfect harmony ,The purpose of this universe is known only when we go beyond both. And it is very simple we have complicated it .The purpose of our life is served when we understand this universal purpose which is hidden in our own conciousness .Let us try to discover it!

So many Questions for one unknown answer. No Universal Purpose Exists.
Life is a Journey, not a Destination.
Knowledge of all is power and the
Knowledge of Ones Self is Divine. We
are born mortal and leave as Spiritual beings. I can't tell you where it comes
from, only after Death will I truly know.

Universal Purpose: have a good time, have lots of fun!!
How I reasoned it? Well, I believe in god the creator, than what would a parent truly want for the child? Be happy!!!
Once I reasoned out, it looked very logical, since all human wants to be happy, no matter when, where, how they lived.
How can I be happy? The best way I found so far is, love a lot, laugh a lot, care, share and believe (then relax) the good will of god / universe / purpose of the Truth.
The more you love, you get connected with the Joy itself,
the more you laugh, you get recharged,
the more you care, your spirit grow,
the more you share, you get confidence in your happiness,
the more you believe, you don't have to waste your energy in doubts!

What is each individual's role in this Universal Purpose?
Purpose entails completeness and completeness entails a finite amount of information, which entails closure. An unbounded, ever evolving reality would not require a finite purpose.
An unlimited vista awaits...

As far as we know, we are the only beings aware of the existence of the universe. We may well be the consciousness of this vast and beautiful earth and universe. We should embrace and appreciate this, but I don't beleive there is any great mystery , meaning or purpose, as scary as this may be for some. There is only our life, our time and our consciousness, and what we choose to do with this privilege. .

There is no universal purpose.
There is no divine plan.
We are here only due to chaos and by sheer accident.
We adapted to the conditions that we found and those conditions were not created to be just right for us.
We have no purpose other than that we create for ourselves.
Those with a strength of character and who believe in themselves, will cope with that and get on with their life.

Mother Nature insists that the universal purpose is to move evolution forward. We do this in some basic ways: our own survival and our mate selection, and then the survival of our children and grandchildren. For those of us who never had kids, it comes down to moving evolution forward by helping other people who do have kids. And the kids themselves, of course.
But then a lot of other things get involved, such as education and spiritual development, good government, wholesome recreation, books and movies and other forms of communication (even Y!A) which assist in the primary goals.
