I blend raw cocoa powder with almond or rice milk and some stevia or agave nectar (natural sweetener). Yum!

Right now, though, I'm savoring Rice Dream HORCHATA that I found at http://foodfightgrocery.org

The only one I ever liked was Chocolate Silk--pretty good stuff. But other companies do make vegan chocolate soy milk. Just check the labels.

I think Soy milk is the answer you're looking for, but if you want like milk that came from a cow then no. Vegans refrain from using any animal products what so ever. Hopefully this answers your question, have a nice day.

I ws gonna say Yohoo choco soda with their pastrami sandwiches but that would be trollish now would it?
Use raw cocoa powder with soy milk and raw unfiltered sugar as a sweetener.

Bu then again, animal labor (oxen, mules and horses) was certainly used by South American and Asian cocoa farmers to transport the beans so I guess no chocolate either for vegans unlss they would be hypocritical about their "no animal use and abuse" issue and make an exeption because chocolate is sooo delicious.

Ps rice especially from Asia was most likely planted and harvested using animal labor. Again a no-no for "true" not hypocritical vegans.
