By eating a lot of nuts and flour and oils. I can gain weight on air :-(

It would be very difficult to be "toned" and gain weight as lean muscle mass on a strict vegetarian diet and especially a vegan diet without massive amounts of supplements.

A flexitarian vegetarian diet would do that for you without supplements. Google "flexitarian diets.".

vegan; lots of oily nuts or floury/sugary foods (starches)

vegetarian; fats in dairy, eggs, sweets, etc. also starchy foods, and anyone can gain weight by eating too much

it's easier for a vegetarian to gain wait then a vegan because they have dairy and eggs, meaning more fats, and more sweets with sugar, starch, and fat

you snakc on stuff after you eat like say i got done eating som tofu i snack on some nuts or chips something you know vary easy to stay healthy and plump the skinny vegans that look like they're gunna brake aren't vegan there aneroxic people trying to cover up that they are

Eating lots of nuts (150+ calories per ounce), avocados (400 calories per medium avocado), adding oil to food (120 calories per tablespoon).

Eat more calories than you burn off.

Or have the misfortune to be born into a family where a slower metabolism is inherited.

Eating proteins, not neccesarily fat, but nuts, certain veggies, lentils. Maybe talk to a nutritionalist for a plan.
