Honestly, it could be a lot of things, and it warrants a visit to your gynecologist. Your vagina is a relatively delicate environment, and it can be disrupted by a lot of things. The recent menses (period), sexual intercourse, cleansing powders, soaps, etc. can all irritate your vaginal lining and conditions.
Possible causes include bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast infection (candidiasis), dryness, irritation from the chemicals in your cleansing soaps & powders, or an STD. With all the chemicals and things you're using on your vagina, I would suspect is one of the former causes, but the only way to rule out an STD is to visit your gynecologist. It's really impossible to diagnose something like this over the internet.
However, I would not suggest undergoing a yeast infection treatment before determining what the cause of your irritation is.

Yeah you might have a yeast infection. But with that there is ALOT i mean ALOT of itching, and ALOT of discharge. You can go and look at creams like Monistat 1, you insert a cream into you, and some creams do BURN so make sure you read the label and research a little before using it on yourself. Just to be safe.

try momostat first i think its a yeast infection u may be drying yourself out by washing with the soap. if that doesn't take care of the yeast infection then make a doctors or obgyn appointment.
