There draw looks like a chemist! Do you think there frequent ilness is due to the amount of drugs they all take. They are also veggies if that matters?

yes, the more drugs you take, the more your system gets used to it.

send the kids out in the garden to make mud pies and eat worms, that should build their systems back up.

The body eventually gets used to drugs and they can become immune to them just like a heavy drinker can drink more and more without effect. I am sure that it cannot be good to keep giving kids or anybody drugs unless they really need them. As for Veggies ? Go into a health shop and look at the assistants, they are all pale and skinny. Do you ever see a pale skinny butcher, they all are big healthy and have red rosy cheeks. Anyway, what do I know, I am not a doctor

imo drugs do weaken your immune system. merely suppressing the appearence of symptons has and never will be an adequate response. the root of the problem is not addressed and now you have a chemical load to boot.

vegetarianism is a healthy way to live IF you are fit and strong in the first place and hence able extract what you need from this diet otherwise no. prescription drugs and vegetarianism for me are a bad mix, surely natural cures would be more with the ethos of this diet and unlike all meds they are not tested on animals as well.

Yes, taking persciption drugs does effect how effective they are... so they may not ease the symptoms as well.

BUT they shouldn't effect how likely we are to get ill in the first place.

So if the kid gets flu, they take drugs and the next time they get flu they will have to take more drugs for the same effect, but they won't be any more or less likely to get flu next time.

If they are sick quite often then it must be down to their diet imo.

Being veggie is only heathier if you are aware of what vitemins you need and what to eat to get them, or it can easy cause vitemin deficiences leading to illness...

It is unlikely that most medication will have any real effect either way. Most good GPs will not prescribe at all for viral illnesses like this anyway! Repeated courses of antibiotics may reduce the bodies response to infection, and they are of no therapeutic benefit anyway.

massive sure. Why do you often take pills? you will improve into resistant to the antibiotics while you're making use of them too lots. too lots of any drugs is by no ability a stable theory. you ought to absorb uncomplicated terms what your well being practitioner tells you to take and for the the main suitable option motives. sounds like somebody desires to benefit why they (you?) are based so heavily on discomfort drugs.

it is common for children to have frequent infections, they have not developed any immunities so they tend to catch everything that is going around. It's a part of the maturational process of living, when young you catch all those viruses against which you have no immunity so you can develop immunity and not catch them later.
