anyone have a recipe (low fat) - dairy free - for gluten free bread for a bread machine?

This site has many great vegan and gluten-free recipes, and though it is from Bob's Red Mill (you can purchase the products at Whole Foods), you don't necessarily need to use his products to make them. All the ingredients are pretty straight-forward. Just read the ingredients, some call for eggs, but most have silken tofu and soy milk instead.

I hate to even call it a diet, because it's really just the real way that humans have eaten for almost 1.9 Million years, as opposed to the modern-day processed food diet full of grains, sugars, and processed vegetable oils.

Try Pamela's Products "Pancake and Baking Mix" I think she has a bread recipe on the bag an dmost of her mixes are both GF and DF. Not sure about low fat.

Look for Gluten Free products on GOOGLE. I found a bunch of them.
