It is okay Kaylen. But it depends on other factors like how old u r & sugar in ur blood level. If u r in ur thirties or more, u must go for a regular medical check up & see that the sugar levels are ok. You must also burn out ur calories by regular walks, jogging or games. U must never put on weight. Also check up if ur kidneys are functioning properly. If either of ur parents or family has a case history of diabeteschances r that u will have it too - u must check out on all that I have detailed & take the necessary precautions. Try to avoid meat & fatty food. The vegetables are good enough - just add pepper, ginger & garlic whenever u can - to improve ur blood circulation & keep the cholostrol level in check. Never over boil the vegetables. Just fry them - never deep-fry. Take fruits like banana, apples & oranges - two to three hours b4 any meal. Latest research warns against taking salads as desserts after any meal.

Yeah, completely... meat putrifies inside your intestines and slows your system down. Dairy products contain lactose, which 75% of adult humans cannot break down past the age of five - they simply lack the enzymes to do it; people aren't supposed to consume breastmilk past infancy, after all. All mammals are like that (it's why cats get diarrhea if you give them milk as well, and why they sell specially formulated milk to give to cats without lactose). The lactose causes bacterial reactions in our intestines so that also impacts digestion and nutrient absorption. (For skeptics, all of this research comes from non-vegan authors, in particular Dr. Marion Nestle's "What to Eat"; she is an omnivore and has worked for the USDA and is a nutritonist and she quite clearly states that dairy should be more like an indulgent thing, like chocolate, rather than a dietary staple).

Before going vegan I went to the bathroom more like twice a week, and now it's so much better, twice-a-day, and typically at very, very regular times and consistencies (not to be gross or TMI).

Did you go from being a flesh eater to Vegan or from a Veggie to Vegan?
1) If it was from a flesh eater, flesh stays in your gut longer slows everything down(digestion) So usually 1 time a day is about if (if you are luck & it's not a few days in between.)
2) If you were doing dairy & are now not, dairy is a binder slows down eliminations.

From what I understand if you go everytime you eat it's not wrong or bad. Most people who make theses changes are surprised at this. It will settle down some as your body adjusts too.

Slainté (to your health)

A vegan diet tends to be higher in veggies and whole grains and you therefore get more fiber. Fiber (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dietary_fiber) helps move things through your digestive tract. Therefore vegan usually equals more frequent BMs

Yes most definitley. You are subsisting on roughage (high soluble roughage and low lipids intake). There are natural additives that will help with this. Check out your whole foods store.

It's totally normal, and much healthier. It means that you're digetsting the food faster, and also, you're body 's cleansing itself from all the toxins.
Good for you for making a healthy choice. :-)

Yes, your body is cleaning itself.
It'll catch up with itself soon though, it took almost 2 months for me.
