I have done this YET again he is now on waiting list to be referred back to the hospital but there is a waiting list! Would U say this is serious as this morning i think he was panicking as the blood he was coughing up is now coming out in quite big clots! I no this isnt NORMAL!

Coughing up blood and There is still nothing wrong with him?!?!!
How are they suppose to be called a professionaly trained medical practitioners being so negligent to their patients conditions. You should shift a medical network in all i reckon, so you can get a different perspective on what 's going on. usually when the same group of physicians may fall into the same "diagnostic loopholes", change a hospital goto a different suburb, or goto a university medical centre if there's one.

there were past cases when a baby girl was having a cold, and was constantly coughing beyond what's normally accepted and vomitting and the doctor said it's ok, just a regular flu, later the baby girl died, when they let a professional lab diagnosed her fluid samples, they finally found out she died from some accute rare disease. hope you're boy 's condition isn't that severe but you don't want that to happen and regret for rest of your life.

Nose bleeds usually aren't that big of a deal but coughing up blood almost always is. He could have pneumonia, a blood clot in his lung, tuberculosis, an infection, etc. Please do convince him to go to the doctor. If he won't go at least call your doctor and get some advice.

do not wait on the waiting list. pack some things and take him to A & E immediately. Coughing up blood is typically never a good sign. He needs to see a doctor right away. Don't hesitate, take him to hospital now. Better safe than sorry!

You should seek medical attention asap, if one doctor tells you its normal than keep going until one doctor can at least educate you about the topic. Generally if an individual coughs up blood, it is indicitive of internal bleeding. The internal bleeding can be acute or major, regardless it needs to be further investigated, so I suggest u take him to the er.

If it happens again, or if it is still happening (the bleeding and the coughing of clots), and if he were my son, I would pack him up and take him to the emergency room (casualty) immediately.
