Yes. Not very well named, the toilet paper is made out of recycled paper.

It wasn't that many decades ago when newspaper was used without having been 'recycled' first. At least today's recycled toilet paper isn't covered in newsprint!

Yes. Just as safe as the recycled containers and paper food comes in. Recycled papers go through a process and is treated.

No, it isn't recycled toilet paper. That paper disolves after a period of time.

yes they are as long as you'll use them straight from the package and not from someone else hands... you see, during the process of recycling the materials are being sterilized thus killing the microorganisms in it... so recycled toilet papers are sure to be safe for use just don't let anyone touch it or any form of contamination get in the way... so better keep its package sealed or closed rather when not in use...

Its not 'recycled toilet paper' as such, but paper that has been recycled into toilet paper. God, I would hate to think that I was using toilet paper that another person had already used before me, ewwwww.

As a safety rope for abseiling? Probably not.

However, you'll probably find that it is as safe as any toilet paper. Any volatiles that were present in the old paper should have been driven off and any bacteria and viruses should have been killed by the bleaching process.

In terms of irritation of the mucous membranes, you are probably better looking for an unbleached toilet paper.

I've never heard of recycled toilet paper.

How about recycled Kleenex, or recycled coffins?

Are you sure you aren't having some fun with us?

Pretty funny if you are...:)
