humans are also made out of meat. Nobody eats humans.

If flesh means "made out of meat" you might as well eat a human. God also gave us minds to decide for ourselves what we want to eat. You cannot use the "God argument" because God is not against vegetarianism. Ideally we would all be vegetarians, did animals kill each other in the garden of eden? Why do you dislike us being vegetarians? God doesn't mind, he gave us vegetables,fruits grains...
I like it myself... why not learn a bit more about it ? It's been a good thing for myself.
(And if you an an atheist or agnostic this "argument" would make no sense in the first place.)

First of all, as almost every answer on this question says, humans are also made of meat, but I've never seen a grocery store selling human flesh for two dollars per pound. Also, even if God did intend for us to eat cows, I don't believe he intended for us to put them in too small of cages and tourture them by straving them and loading them with hormones so they can't move. Just my thoughts on the matter.

Why did God make humans out of meat? Maybe we are supposed to eat them too with that logic of yours. Mind your own business and eat whatever the hell you want.
Flexitarian vegan, it is called common sense to know that we are all made of meat.

You're right. A diet eating a moderate amount of meat is good for you.

if you haven't noticed humans, too, are made out of meat. does that make it O.K. to eat human flesh?

I eat humans ^^, babies (yes, we do eat human babies in china)... not animals thou, i like to much, I would never hurt one.
