What I find very delicious, is chopped crab sticks, mixed with mayo (so its like a sauce in itself) You cover the bottom part of the bread with the crab, then you put lettuce, white onion, and red onion onto it. The effect of the onion is delicious, it gives it a crunchy texture, and without it, the sandwich doesn't taste as nice. If you don't like crab, I also do the same sandwich, substituting the crab for coleslaw, its delicious still :)

I like mashed garbonzo beans(chick peas) with mayo..and mustard...a bit of onion and celery chopped fine...and a tiny bit of relish...and black peper. Tastes just like an egg sandwich. Sounds nasty yes...but it's almost like the real thing...amazingly close.

My partner put potato crisps and organic ketchup into a sandwich once. He swore it was delicious, but I sounded so vile that I couldn't even bear to watch him eat it. I suspect he was the kid in grade school who would mix his entire school lunch together then eat it without even being dared to.

I like Bologna, fried tomatoes and mushroom cream (Yes, I heat it up in the microwave and ´our some into the sandwich) Oh and cheese.

A BLT with mayo on one piece of bread and peanut butter on the other. yum! also, I like to take baked tofu and mash it with some Nayonaise and a little chopped celery and have it in lavash bread.
