I'm a vegan. She's gonna have cheese pizza, sausage pizza, and pepperoni pizza. What can I eat?

Er - nothing. Can you ask her to leave the cheese off half the pizza? If that's not appropriate, possible, or you don't want to, just ask politely if you can bring your own burrito or sandwich or even mini-vegan-pizza. If she's your friend, I'm sure she doesn't mind, as long as you don't mind them indulging in their sausage and cheese.

i think you should bake a few dozen home-made vegan cookies(or vegan brownies, vegan cake-if it's a birffhday party, etc..) bring them on a platter and put them next to the pizza for everyone to enjoy. and if you don't feel like/or don't have time to bake then take some pita chips and hummus..some pretzels..a big fruit salad..or whatever you can pickup at the store..that way you will be contributing to the party by bringing the desert and at the same time you will have something to eat :). but the key is to bring something for everyone, not just a small individual meal or snack for yourself..bringing an extra meal can cause awkwardness and discomfort to certain people, sometimes. Eat a good meal before you go to the party and snack on what you bring when you are there :) have fun at the party! xoxoxoxooxx♥

Is she making home-made pizza, or getting it delivered? If she's making home-made pizza, then you could volunteer to come early and help with the preparations (all the preparations, not just your own food). That way you could share with her a vegan pizza recipe, and who knows? Maybe others ar the party will like it as well...

I would ask her ahead of time if she is going to have any vegan friendly food and if not don't make a big deal about it, just take your own food. Not like in a brown bag or something. Take enough for everyone.

Ask her if she can make a cheeseless pizza with lots of veggies. If not, bring fixings for one of your own (that you can share, of course, with the rest of the people). If that won't work for some weird reason, eat before you go.

how about bringing your own dish, so that you can have something too....at the same time you're making a contribution. try a health food gourmet market with a food counter if you don't cook. maybe you can find something there. maybe some tabbouleh, or bruschetta and some wraps or crostini. it's worth a shot.
