The Holy Spirit revealed prophecies on 1979 October 19 that were published in a Sunday magazine supplement of a Manila daily newspaper on 1980 March 30. One of the 19 prophecies states: “A disease known as GOTACURAL will occur in epidemic proportions all over the land, and such disease will be incurable even by the known specialists of the medical profession.”

Epidemic. All over the world. Incurable. Specialists of the medical profession (meaning, human disease and not animal disease [veterinary]). What human disease has occurred since 1979 that is an epidemic all over the world and is incurable? No doubt, it is AIDS.

The Holy Spirit gave it a name: GOTACURAL. GOT = acquired (AIDS is Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome). ACUR = without cure. AL = a suffix meaning characterized by. So the disease GOTACURAL is characterized by being acquired and being without cure. Which is this disease? AIDS.

In 1986, I asked the Holy Spirit if the disease GOTACURAL is AIDS. He said yes. Then I asked if there will be cure for it? He answered in the negative. So, no matter what our medical specialists will do, they will NEVER find a cure for AIDS. The Holy Spirit, by giving us this AIDS disease, is not in favor of the present likeness for promiscuity of human beings. AIDS can be acquired even by a one-night stand. So let us follow God’s commandment and listen to Him. It has been more than 25 years since AIDS first came out and until now, there is no cure found—and never will a cure be found.

Researchers have been working on a vaccine for quite some time. I think that, eventually, they will figure something out. Vaccines have helped virtually eradicate many other types of viral infections. Some persons who have received antiretroviral therapy (developed by pharmaceutical companies, which are not part of some weird conspiracy as suggested by the previous responder) appear to go into remission. That is the viral load becomes undetectable. So, many people are managed and some are even seemingly "cured" through use of antiviral drugs.

HIV infection is not a "gay disease"; it is a blood-born STD (the virus gets into the blood stream when infected body fluids are absorbed through tears in skin or mucous membranes in the anus, vagina, mouth or other site--which is why latex and polyurethane condoms can protect against transmission of disease). Although high risk groups in America are IV drug users and men who have sex with men, men and women are equally affected in countries such as Africa and India, where women are becoming more at risk (in part because they often can't protect themselves because their partners won't wear condoms for them and won't take "no" for an answer). Male circumcision and use of certain types of antimicrobial gels may be protective--but they're more protective in helping men keep from getting infected with the virus than for helping women, according to the medical research on the subject.

Thanks to medical technology, HIV is becoming more of a chronic but medically manageable disease than a fatal disease in America. Unfortunately the rate of infection in America among gay men is on the increase again because men have again become careless about safe-sex hygiene (ie, condom use). Hetererosexual men also have become lax about condon use, which is not wise because they, too, can get and transmit the HIV along with a number of other STDs, the most epidemic of which is probably human papilloma virus, which causes gential warts and which, in women, causes cervical dysplasia and can ultimately cause ovarian cancer, which is fatal.

No, not a pill or vaccine.

There already is a cure, however, at least for the most part. Live a clean life with your opposite-sex wife or husband. Now, in this day it's necessary to take other precautions, but if people's lifestyles were changed and if filth were eliminated, an eradication would start to come about.

The idea of throwing money at finding a medical cure is absurd, and I urge everyone to stand against it.

It depends if the pharmacy industry gain something financially. Usually, the pharmacy industry is out there to make money. They pretend they are looking for a cure but if finding a cure means less money for them, you can be assured there will never be a cure.

In the past, scientist had no resources, no technology, nothing to work with and they made life changing discoveries.

Nowadays, we have technology, money, loads of resources and ...we no longer have life altering discoveries. Why is that? Because big, rich and powerful drug companies buy silence with their money.

It is very sad , and immoral, but it is what it is. I am a realist. I don't get fooled easily with people who lie. Money and the desire for power rule the world. A lot of humanity problems would be solved if human beings would not be so selfish and greedy.

Very doubtful. Aids is a virus. We have never ever been able to kill a virus. IF we could we would not get the common cold.
