3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon vinegar

A cheese & Cracker tray is a good idea, with fruit & Vegetable tray. Take your smokies and put them in BBQ sauce in a Crock Pot is an easy meat. Also I make a wonderful chicken salad that can be made the night before and served with crackers. Boil chicken breast but season the water with garlic powder, onion powder and chicken boulion. I just add a few shakes of each and about 3-4 boulion cubes. When this is done I let the chicken breast cool. While they are cooling I use a pampered chef chopper and chop up my onion and celery. Then I chop up my chicken. The chopper will chop the chicken just fine. I add all together and mix in bowl with mayonaise, salt and pepper to taste. Onion & Celery to taste also. Not to over whelming. BIG hit at all of my parties. Another meat idea is prepackaged meatballs if you don't want to do your own. (I always roll my own) They are already cooked I believe. Put it deep roasting pan and add 1 jar cocktail sauce and 1jar grape jelly or more to make enough sauce to cover meatballs. Heat through in oven at 300. These are also a big hit.. I do a lot of catering so I use these three alot.

Serve your ravioli and salad for the dinner part, and save the veggies for snacking.
7 layer bean dip with chips is always a hit--easy to do ahead of time, and good.
Deviled eggs, the veggies and the dip n chips is all I would do. The cookies are the finale ! Sounds wonderful. Have fun.

i had a house full of girls over and made the peanut butter cookies with a kiss on top metioned above-the girls called them "nipple cookies" LOL!
Here is a Q & E thing they will LOVE:

chocolate pecan turtles
you need small pretzel knots or squares, hershey kisses and whole pecans--
heat oven to 200 degrees, lay out all the pretzels on a cookie sheet, top each one with a kiss, stick in the oven for just a few mins, just enough to soften the kiss, keep an eye on them, they shouldn't melt down or look any different, my oven this takes about 2 mins. take them out of the oven and press down on each kiss with a whole pecan. since you are just barely warming the kisses none of the chocolate should leak thru the pretzel holes. move off cookie sheet and let cool for about 15 mins. soooooo yummy! good with rolos instead of kisses too!

I don't think you will really want any sweat snacks since they are going to be baking.
So maybe:

Chips and salsa(and/or cheese)
veggies and dip
mini pizza
cheese and crackers
