Ask the surgeon for the feasibility of doing total arterial grafting using the two arteries on the inside of the chest (internal mammary arteries), and an artery close to the stomach (gastro-epiploic). Although this not favorable in the elderly population, this might be her only option. If not, ask him for the option of laser transmyocardial revascularization (a new technique where they use a laser beam to create tiny holes in the heart, that will transform into blood vessels later on).
Good luck.

They can do two by-passes by using your left and right mammary arteries. Ask the surgeon about your options. I would think that there may be synthetic sources that they can use for the other two by-passes or maybe they can use blood vessels from an animal or what about a corpse.

Medical management only (medications to enhance the remaining heart function you have).
