Dinner for ten, with no oven....
I think I'd go with beef stew or a very hearty soup. Accompanied by bread and a salad.
Or spaghetti and meat sauce. With a salad or vegetable.
Oh, by the way you actually seem to have 12 people listed there.

This is what I would suggest. I know this is great, because I did this same thing last year.
Get a ham, sliced, serve room temp.
Get your good hoagie type rolls and let people build their own ham sandwiches.
Serve with an assortment of salads. I made potato salad, green salad, jello salad and a fruit salad. I think someone brought in a pasta salad.
We had ice cream and christmas cookies for dessert along with a store bought pumpkin and apple pie.
They loved it! It was easy to do, no pressure to make sure everything was hot at the same time, and leftovers were a breeze to take care of!
I might, in fact, do it again this year, since I'm having them all over again!

If you have a crock pot or two in your case make a pot roast. meat, potatoes, carrots some beef stock for juice salt pepper. Also in a crock pot some baked apples peel and cut the apples (about 5 or 6) add about half cup brown sugar and half cup reg sugar cinnamon and half stick of butter cook until tender. And for your veggies micro some broccoli in a bowl drain juices and add butter or garlic salt maybe cheese if you like.
And there you have it no oven!
