Many Many people put tomatoes in or on top of mac and cheese. Try making the mac and cheese according to your directions (or homemade) and then dump it into a greased casserole pan with tomato chunks. Top with a little cheddar cheese and bake a 350 for about 20 minutes. It's quite good and no meat.

Yes A mac and cheese is enough for a meal by its self. Or yo could try a small side salad.

Stewed tomatoes go terrific on top of the mac n cheese (aft dished out on the individual plates), or as a side. Broccoli is as well, a delish side.

Mac-n-cheese is a fine main course. I like to serve it with some wilted greens (or spinach) and tomato slices (if you live where good tomatoes aren't available now you can use chilled canned tomatoes ).

Fresh cut tomatoes (with seasoning and a touch of olive oil), cauliflower, Caesar salad, crusty garlic bread, or a German spinach salad would compliment your Mac & cheese.

Broccoli would be good. Velveeta makes a deluxe Mac and cheese with it and my whole family just loves it.
