Have you had sex lately? She might have a yeast infection and she could've passed it on to you (kind of an awkward thing to ask her)
Also, she may have just chaffed you with her teeth. Either way, if you both know you're clean, don't be TOO worried

maybe her teeth can have rubbed against it and you didnt notice because it felt so good...im sure it will fade away and if it doesnt buy something thats sensitve for the p [enis] dont worry

Maybe it's your laundry detergent. Sensitive skin can sometimes be allergic to harsh detergents.
