Not really enough information here, but either way, with chest pain, you go right to the ER and let them work it out. There are all manner of problems it could be, many of them not good.
If his ECG is normal and he is not showing CK-MB or triponins in his blood work, then it is probably not a heart attack, but only a doctor can tell you for sure after proper testing.

First of all normal ecg has no significance.Cardiac enzymes is not normal in acute phase.Ecg should be monitered atleast 24 hrs in an ICU.Diabetes can increase cholesterol and induce hypertension. The combination of diabetes, cholesterol and hypertension invariably leads to heart problems. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO ER.to sort the problem.

Michael Jackson didn't have a middle assault. He skilled Cardiac Arrest and medical professionals would no longer revive him. Heart assault isn't the identical factor as Cardiac Arrest. The post-mortem will start the following day to check why he went into Cardiac Arrest.

Beginning of a heart attack.
Where is he that he has had an EKG and those symptoms?
He needs to be put on oxygen, vital signs need to be monitored.
Are you at home? Call 911!!!!!!

Not qualified to give you an answer but if i were you I'd get checked out pretty quick especially if you are a smoker. This is from someone who has first hand knowledge of a heart attack. Hope everything is O.k.

My EKG was good, yet I had to have a quadruple bypass.
I had the same symptoms.
I would get into emergency very quickly.
