I know what Rennet and Gelatin/Gelatine are made from, but I am confused about labels that just say Culture, Live Culture, Enzyme, or Starter. Are these 4 ingredients animal products also?
As an example I found a vegetarian cheese that states: non-animal rennet, but it has Culture in it?
I would like to know what these things actually are. Also what other terminology should I look out for?

Live culture, it contains a live baterica, these baterica are should be harmless to you.

Culture - contained a baterica culture that was used or it dead or inactive.

Enzyme:- a complex biological agent that reacts with something to produce a waste product that can or can not be useful.

Starter something that helps either a live culture or enzyme to work.

All of the above can be veg*n or non-veg*n depending on the source.

enzymes and starter lifestyle at the instant are not rennet.. yet their producion contain rennet... i comprehend it somewhat is not very sparkling.... Cheese makers use organic whey starters, that are won on the top of the cheese production technique. after cooking milk and rennet to create cheese, you're able to drain the forged area (curd), which then turns into cheese. the whey is the relax liquid area, that's amassed on a daily basis, and left in a definite field to enable it ferment. that's somewhat like the figuring out fingrprint of each dairy beacuse that's unique! So it somewhat is not rennet, yet their are produced with rennet...

Enzyme, Live culture and culture etc. are vegetarian since milk contains bacteria and your own body uses enzymes to digest food.

I am not sure what starter contains but I guess that it too is like culture.

I believe these are yeasts, they are commonly found in yogurt (which plenty of vegetarians eat and even vegans eat in soy based yogurts) and i wouldnt' be too surprised if they are found in your toothpaste as well. they are typically considered fine, justlike the yeast in your bread.
