ok so , lately ive been under a lot of stress and anxiety which was causing to give me palpitations , nwo i was sure i had heart problems so i got an ekg done and bloodwork and it showed nothing, but yesterday i started getting chest pains throughout different parts of my chest and it even felt like my heartt sometimes . and recently even when im not doing physical activity , it feels my heart is beating harder , harder as in more intense and stronger , not faster , im just wondering could that to be stress related cause it gets very scary when im playing sports and my heart is beating that hard , and also usually whenever i felt my heart i would feel the one beat , but now, i can feel the recession i guess you could call it , if that makes any sense to you , it kind of feels like i feel the original pump and than i can feel the heart kind of come back in ( again if that makes any more sense to you ,
could this all be stress related?

Symptoms point towards a Anxiety/Panic attack, discuss it out with your doctor, the earlier the better.

Yes.

You might want to discuss things with your local doctor again. The next stages of investigation for your heart would be a Holter Monitor study - I'd suggest you have that - this is where you wear a EKG recording device for 24 hours and then press a little button every time you feel palpitations or light headed or whatever. The cardiology team can assess the 24hr EKG and see if the symptoms correspond with EKG changes.

I'm hoping your doctor already did thyroid function tests when you had the bloodwork.

After that - if this proves normal - the next thing would be to get a counsellor to help with stress reduction and management for anxiety disorders.

well, it definitely sounds like its stress related. but perhaps you should go back to your doctor and have two things checked out
1) your thyroid - it can cause heart palpitations
2) a holter monitor - its something you wear for 24 hours and it keeps track of your EKG for that long. when you get an EKG in an office, it only captures what is going on with your heart at that moment in the office. a holter study can help catch abnormal heart rhythms within a 24 hour or longer time period

Have you been under a lot of stress lately? Sounds like it could be related to that. Could possibly have something to do with anxiety. I am no doctor but I have experienced similar things to your description. Just to be safe you consult your doctor they will know how serious the situation should be taken. Usually the quicker you take care of problems the easier they are to correct!

what you are experiencing sounds like a panic attack. some of what you have described are symptoms of panic attacks. when you get one next time try inhaling deeply through your nose and holding it say for 5 seconds and exhaling slow through your mouth and keep repeating it until your heartbeat goes back to normal

Cholesterol comes from animal fat like meat, cheese, butter, cream & eggs. Too much cholesterol causes high blood pressure. Eat more vegetables instead.

Yes, it could be stress.

Go to the emergency room next time you feel chest pain.
