The sperm is naturally free of bacteria, but in some cases, infectious could be caused by E. coli, for example after anal sex with out protection

No, sperm is a cell. Cells usually don't contain other cells unless they are using them as food. Also, E. coli lives in the digestive system not the reproductive tract.

Nope!!! cause urine and seminal fluid come from two different sources. Urine -urinary bladder and semen from prostate,scrotum. and also you cannot release your sperm and urine at the same time it will be very painfull
