If your heart is aparently normal. Can you get heart arrytmias doing a very little effort ? It happens to me.

Yes, it can even in case of Coronary Artery diseases, or other CHD (Chronic Heart Disease/s). Check it out with your cardiologist.

Walking or any activity increases your heart rate in response to the activity. This is normal. During any type of activity, your heart may be going faster which is what is should be doing. Unless your heart rate is over 200 when walking, I would not be concerned with this.
