I don't eat cheeseburgers or eggs. Don't eat red meat at all and eggs only once in a great while don't really like the taste of them. Mostly I eat fish and veggies. For breakfast whole grain cerel with skim milk.

Sounds like you have, like me, Premature ventricular contraction. I have similar symptoms. I was put on kholter montior for 24hrs and diagnosed as have PAT and PCV.
It is often begnin and in certains cases can be life threatening is you have a heart disease. Stop the caffeine, tea, chocolate and take magnesium, potassium and calcium it helps to reduce it. Drink a lot of water and stop stressing! All these helped me to reduce it

It does sound like arryhtmia..and that you got dizzy is an important thing to tell the doctor!

You will likely be given a monitor to wear for a day and it will tell the whole story...how often, how severe and how dangerous.

I'm no MD but if blood chemistry is ruled out...and your bout had nothing to do with drugs like meth, crack or possibly ecstasy...you've got a wiring problem in your heart.

And the fix? Depends on why and where your wiring problem is. If it is an over eager bunch of cells they can be "subdued" Other fixes may require a pacemaker...or even a defibrillator. sounds real scary...but it isn't. Takes only about an hour to install, easy to forget you have it after a few weeks.

Upside...
1.You got dizzy...you didn't die! Go to the doctor NOW!!
2.The fix is probably fast and relatively easy to do, and relatively easy to live with.

Downside?...
1.they are mega expensive!!!
2. they need calibration and need new batteries every 6 to 10 years.
3. they make MRIs difficult...and I wouldn't want to get tasered with one in me!!!

PS I am no doctor....but this much I can say for sure...if your heart felt different and you got dizzy, you may have a life threatening heart related disorder that needs prompt medical attention. If it happenned more than once...I wouldn't drive a car 'till it was figured out!

This is something that needs to be evaluated by a doctor immediately. Any arrhythmia that causes dizziness is a cause for concern. An ECG will be done to immediately rule out any serious causes for concern, a Holter monitor, which you wear from 24 - 48 hours, may be utilized, then afterwards, an Echocardiogram to rule out any structural defects that may predispose you to any abnormal ventricular rhythms. This problem may be a simple attack of SVT, but also could be a much more, serious problem such as Unsustained Ventricular Tachycardia.

This is called a heart arrhythemia. Many people have them. You should be evaluated by a doc to make sure the type you have isn't dangerous.
