I followed the Peanut Butter fudge recipe but it turned out grainy like the sugar. I am at wits end something always goes wrong when I make this. I need help, please!

YOU burnt it...get yourself a candy thermometer..it will tell you when the mixture needs to come off the heat...You just heated it to long or the temperature was to high...that will help you out alot..

Maybe it didn't cook enough? The sugar crystals didn't liquify? You probably did burn it but I don't really know. I'm going to make chocolate fudge for the first time this winter.

You couldve burned it, or you could have not let it boil long enough (while melting the choclate) or...its the recipe. try christmas-cookies.com theyve got a great selection of fudge recipes. good luck next time. practice makes perfect. :)
