Have you tried something like Neosporin?
Get a new tube so that it's sterile and apply a little to the spot.
If it's a pimple or a small boil, it could be coming back because the infection isn't being killed off. So, it pops and heals, but the under lying problem is still there, so it comes back.
Also, when you pop it, flush it with warm water and soap. Dry completely, That will clean the area and help clear out any lingering infection (if there was one)
This could be a reaction to your hormones. Has it been happening for a while? Hormone changes could cause it. Are you on, or did you recently start the Pill? That can cause it sometimes. Talk to a doctor about changing doses.
So does moisture.
Sweat, urine "leakage" (like when you sneeze or laugh hard), and that clear discharge right before a period, can all cause moisture to build up down there. Wet skin gets irritated and you can get "bumps".
Try diaper rash cream. Just like for babies, it covers the area and protects it from staying wet all the time.
Don't use powder. It changes your body chemistry and can lead to yeast infections.
Did you get new underwear?
Just like when you get new shoes and get blisters, sometimes clothes can rub raw spots that get infected.

It sounds like a boil or an ingrown hair. I know most everyone has said that but that it what it sounds like. We can get pimples, bumps, zits, sores and whatever else "down there" just like anywhere else on our body. It is just scary when it is "down there" because the first thing we think is "oh no...wtf is this and why is it there..." If it is recurring in the same spot all the time that is something that you need to discuss with your doc. Since you know it isn't an STD then you can rest easy about that, but still just to reassure yourself and put your mind at ease then you should go discuss it with your doc...even better if you could go to him or her when the bump is there so they can see it for themselves.... Good luck.

Don't have a clue, but I would suggest not popping it. Sit in a very warm bath with some Epsom Salts (about 1/4 cu.) and soak.
Maybe this is your body reacting to the hormonal changes it is going through before your period.
Have the OB/GYN see it when it is visable, make sure to tell the receptionist you need to see her when this happens and not wait for an appointment weeks away.

It could also be a boil ... but to find out is go to your OBGYN and tell her/him you want to know can it be a boil and if it is, it may keep coming back, until the root of it is removed ...

It might just be something your body does. If it wasnt happening some much i would just say it was a zit. You might just have an infection/ like a cold or something.

It could be a hair bump. Did you shave recently or somethin, or maybe you pulled at a hair. See if you can pull hair out of it.
