1. Google diabetic recipes. There are tons of sites.
2. Normal blood sugar is 80-110.
3. If you continue eating so much sugar/carbs and raising your blood sugar the way you are, you will kill yourself, but not before having both of your feet amputated.

Diabetes is a very serious disease and you need to get a handle on it right away.

Yep, I know just what you're going thru as I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago. It does feel like a real "job" trying to balance everything. But you really do need to do it because you won't like the alternative at all. Everytime you overeat and raise your blood sugar too high you risk damaging major organs like your heart or eyes.
Go to the American Diabetes Association which I've listed below. You can get all kinds of help there, including some menus. The internet is a terrific place to find all kinds of recipes that will help us stay on track.
I wish you well as you travel this phase of your life. Your family and friends want you around a long time so please work on your diet so you'll be much healthier.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

First of all you are way too heavy. you have to take and get a grip and you have to start today. you need to get a diet and get to the doctor and have help. if you don't diet and lose you will be in worse shape. if you are hungary. then you need to eat bread peanut butter and jelly. that is when you crave soemthing. it takes the sweet tooth out or whatever you are hungary it does help. then you have to have good breakfast. 1 slice bread, 2 eggs, apple, or orange or whatever banana. that is it. about 10 am you eat an apple or something fruit. by lunch you can use something else less carbs and stuff salad and some fruit and 3 oz of meat if you want but seeing nutriciaiist. seek help and you should do it now before it gets worse and when your sugars go high it ruins eyes, kidneys, liver heart could lose leg there are so many things that is why you want ot keep sugars low 70 to 100. take care.

You need to speak with a professional dietician who specializes in diabetes. Eggs, toast ans milk are not the best things for you to be eating. You need a proper diet geared to you. Getting one on the internet will be of little use.
110 is not low blood sugar, it is normal. Low blood sugar is 60-70.
You should know that most people on Byetta suffer from nausea, and it is not for everyone, either.
