The best way to follow through on a commitment to abstain is simply to make sure that you are NEVER alone with someone you are seeing. Sex almost always takes place in the absence of other people.

Congratulations on making a good decision!

Try not to be put in the position where you may be able to have sex. When you go on dates, pick up and drop the person at the front door of their house, parents need to set and enforce curfews. Parents also need to know where their kids are going and what they will be doing. It also helps if parents maintain an open dialogue with their kids about sex and the ramifications of having sex too early. Congrats on the choice! It's not as hard as you think.....I did it...and I'm past my teen years!

Just remember, sex is not good for teens, the girls will get hurt and will regret it. It is not worth it. Sex is bad until you are married and you will enjoy it more if you wait til marriage. Just say no because sex is not love for a teenager.
