I would like to get a bunch of Vegan cookbooks this holiday, I am already planning on getting "Vegan with a Vengeance" and "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World." What other Vegan cookbooks should I get that will just rock my socks?

Thanks

Happy Holidays

The two you mentioned are FANTASTIC (I would know, I use them faithfully).

I'm sure someone mentioned Veganomicon by now right?

I would also suggest The Joy of Vegan Baking, so you've got the baking category covered.

Also, The Uncheese Cookbook, to take care of all those delicious cheesy spreads and sauces!

Sarah Kramer has written (or co-written) three wonderful cookbooks: "How it All Vegan!" and "Garden of Vegan," both with Tanya Barnard; and "La Dolce Vegan!," her solo outing.

It's only a vegetarian, not a vegan, cookbook (although most of the recipes are vegan or can be veganized), but Robin Robertson's "The Vegetarian Meat and Potatoes Cookbook" has some excellent hearty dishes, including a rockin' seitan pot roast.

It's not a book, but www.vegweb.com has tons and tons of recipes that you can save to a virtual recipe box and print. I've found many fantastic recipes on that site.

Well, sticking with the Isa Moskowitz theme, you can pick up her new one, "Veganomicon: The Ultimate Vegan Cookbook". You can't miss it, it is the size and shape of a college textbook. It is fantastic.
